The treatment of customers is absolutely unacceptable. I paid an upfront fee of £795 with the promise of a mortgage. After two weeks, I was informed that a mortgage was not possible and that the £795 would be refunded. This refund never occurred, and all communication ceased! My emails went unanswered. After reviewing past experiences, it appears many others have faced the same situation. I would advise avoiding this company at all costs; they will take your down payment and then ignore you. I'm currently addressing this with my credit card provider. This is corporate bullying at its worst.
