They have an inflated sense of self-worth working from their luxurious offices, but a representative treated us poorly. Charged £795, advised us to wait for credit reports to update, and then we never heard from him again for four months. We took matters into our own hands and found another company that listened and secured an offer within days. Thank goodness we did, or we would have lost the house. If I ran my business like that, I'd have no customers. Who takes £795 and then disappears for four months? I complained to the ombudsman, but he sided with them. I would avoid this company at all costs!
