Just before Christmas, my girlfriend believed she was going to receive a $5000 loan from the company. She paid a $330 fee presented as a lender's charge. A fake receipt for the $5000 deposit was issued. As time went by without any loan being approved, she was informed that an additional $200 was necessary to release the funds. With only $170 available, she became frustrated with me, as they claimed it would suffice to unlock the money. I advised against sending it, and now she is trying to contact the bank. This situation, which takes up half of her support payment, has left her heartbroken and very upset. I hope the bank can assist in resolving this issue. Merry Christmas to everyone.
