Been with capital one since 1998, not long since they started in UK. The level of customer service is now so poor that you cannot speak to or communicate by email with anyone in the UK. If you call them you are put thru to a call centre in Mumbai, 5,500 miles away. I don't want to discuss my personal finances with someone who is an agent, not an employee. I complained and they offered me £75. I don't want their money as its customers money, I just want decent service. I have voted with my feet, my balance is always zero at end of month so closed my account today.. after 28 yrs...
