I notified capital one of my vulnerability with a medical letter to confirm, I also sent an irresponsible lending complaint back in January 2026. To date, I’ve still not heard anything back, yet they continue to harass me for payments which clearly can’t afford due to medical conditions. They did not even acknowledge receipt of my letters.
