Ordered food at 6:45pm, told deliver would be at 7:30pm.
At 7:45pm I had a phone call telling me the drive had broke down a mile away, could I collect it from him, I'm disabled and have no transport, further more I paid for the delivery, at 8:07pm, I received a phone call telling me the order had been cancelled altogether, and I would be refunded in 48 hours.
I strongly suggest you use a company with more than one driver, I can't believe they expected me to pay for the delivery then go and collect it.
