Lovely staff at the Chesterfield branch. Always fresh food. Deliciously different with their wraps. Great value pizza's. Clean premises and a seating area to enjoy the goods. Yum.

Ordered food at 6:45pm, told deliver would be at 7:30pm.
At 7:45pm I had a phone call telling me the drive had broke down a mile away, could I collect it from him, I'm disabled and have no transport, further more I paid for the delivery, at 8:07pm, I received a phone call telling me the order had been cancelled altogether, and I would be refunded in 48 hours.
I strongly suggest you use a company with more than one driver, I can't believe they expected me to pay for the delivery then go and collect it.
Caprinos Liverpool, and Caprinos Norris green is the best ever, fittest food and well better than the likes of domino/ pizza hut 🥳❤️ and my local one is the best, even the delivery driver is beautifully polite and lovely ❤️❤️❤️
I waited more than two hours for my order and tried to cancel it, but the establishment refused to refund me. When the order finally arrived, the chicken was undercooked and pink. The pizza had a bite taken out of it, suggesting the driver had eaten some on the way, and the shop claimed they never received a response during my long wait.
I’m extremely let down after ordering my pizza just 25 minutes before closing. I called five times because my order was significantly delayed, but they didn’t respond. Now, I’ve been waiting 45 minutes past the expected time, which is completely unacceptable.

The pizza arrived on time, but I was charged £21 for two pizzas that were child-sized portions. When I called to express my concern, there was no apology or acknowledgment. They were as small as the budget pizzas you find in packs. This is shocking given the price!
I ordered online, and when the delivery arrived, the driver mentioned he forgot something and would return. We waited longer than expected, but he never came back. When I called the local store, the staff member laughed at my situation, which reflects very poorly on their customer service. I won’t be ordering from them again.
I placed a lunchtime order through a delivery service. When I arrived to pick it up, I waited about ten minutes with no food. A staff member eventually approached me and argued that I wouldn’t receive my order due to a previous refund. His disrespectful behavior left me humiliated and upset. I still haven't received my owed refund, and my friend was waiting in the car, which made it worse. The staff's attitude was completely unacceptable.
I can't commend the establishment enough for their exceptional customer service. After a mix-up with a large scheduled order via a delivery service, the manager proactively contacted me to resolve the issue. He offered to remake the entire order at no extra cost, which was incredibly generous. When I picked up my order, he was welcoming and sincerely apologetic. The food was excellent, and their commitment to customer satisfaction was impressive. I highly recommend them and will certainly order again.
