After my purchase, I reached out via email but received no reply. When I inquired with the designer, they said it wasn't their responsibility. I then contacted the support team on social media, but they were unhelpful and directed me to another email. After explaining my concern about not receiving my second item, I was disappointed to find only one in the package. Despite having my order number and proof of purchase during the sale, they refused to send the second item. It seems unfair, especially since all items were on sale, and this was a technical issue not clearly communicated. Their refusal to honor the promotion felt sneaky and reflected poorly on their customer service. They claim to have a 'Smile Guarantee,' but cheating customers out of their own promotion certainly doesn't foster any smiles. Additionally, the quality of the item I received felt subpar for the price. It seemed like something I could have easily created elsewhere. I would recommend exploring other options if you're considering a purchase.
