I ordered a print during a Black Friday BOGO promotion but didn't realize I needed to add two items to my cart and apply a promo code. I recognize that this was my oversight. After placing my order, I reached out immediately to see if I could add the second print. The initial response directed me to call, but I was overwhelmed with personal matters, including caring for my mom who has terminal cancer, for whom one of the prints was intended. I tried messaging through the design and later contacted customer service for assistance. They informed me that the promotion had expired and that nothing could be done. I believe they could have easily printed another copy, and I even offered to pay for shipping and mentioned my situation. Unfortunately, they still declined. I won't order from this service again. While the print itself looks nice, companies that lack flexibility in tough situations lose my respect.
The ordering and proofing process went smoothly, and everything seemed fine until the item arrived. I ordered two framed artworks with a buy one, get one 50% off offer. The tracking number indicated that two items were shipped, but when I opened the package, only one was inside. I received an email confirming delivery, but my attempts to reach out via email have gone unanswered. I recognize it’s a busy time of year, but the lack of communication is frustrating.
There was an oversight in the proof that I overlooked. I clearly stated "DO NOT INCLUDE" in the name fields as per the guidelines for all the flowers. However, the artist included names. I was worried about the flowers and thought that my instruction meant the names were just an example. The support team was not helpful, giving inconsistent responses in their emails. I am extremely dissatisfied. This situation could have been resolved with a refund or by offering a discount code to reorder the corrected version at no extra cost. But nothing was done.

I then contacted the support team on social media, but they were unhelpful and directed me to another email. After explaining my concern about not receiving my second item, I was disappointed to find only one in the package. Despite having my order number and proof of purchase during the sale, they refused to send the second item. It seems unfair, especially since all items were on sale, and this was a technical issue not clearly communicated. Their refusal to honor the promotion felt sneaky and reflected poorly on their customer service. They claim to have a 'Smile Guarantee,' but cheating customers out of their own promotion certainly doesn't foster any smiles. Additionally, the quality of the item I received felt subpar for the price. It seemed like something I could have easily created elsewhere. I would recommend exploring other options if you're considering a purchase.
*Updating after the service reached out promptly the following morning. I received both digital images to edit along with correspondence. Currently awaiting edits and hoping to receive the product on time. Unfortunately, coming to this platform is my last attempt for resolution. I would be willing to update my review if the service responds. However, it has now been a week since I took advantage of the promotional offer. After 4 days (the promise was within 24 hours), I did receive one design to review. I sent my edits but have not heard anything since, despite my attempts to follow up. I have also received no response regarding the second design. Emails to their account bounce back, and messages sent through their social media remain unread. It's very frustrating, especially when their marketing promised timely results if ordered by a certain date for the holidays.
I have gotten multiple art peices from Capri and all of them so beautiful and meaningful. Everyone who comes over compliments how nice they are & are such a great keepsake. So east to design and fast shipping also makes for the perfect gifts.
