Recibí la aspiradora pero con bolsas incorrectas, múltiples llamadas escuchando "todos nuestros operadores están ocupados atendiendo a otros clientes, para una respuesta más rápida envíe un correo". Es una broma total, tras varios correos aún sin respuesta. Como necesitamos las bolsas correctas, hemos pedido más, y hasta ahora sin aviso de despacho. Si van a publicitar en periódicos nacionales, esperen una respuesta significativa y ajusten su personal. Compré siguiendo una recomendación y claramente no realizan seguimientos. Espero que en algún momento podamos usar el producto.
