I'd love to be sitting here writing a five star review of this cleaner, but I haven't received it yet nearly four weeks after ordering. I have sent 3 emails, unanswered, and hung on the phone several days running trying to speak to someone, but nobody ever answers. I want to cancel, but don't know how to get hold of someone to do this.It has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
