I can't review the product as it never arrived. I've reached out to the support team multiple times, but they haven't responded to my requests regarding the order. The courier failed to deliver, although their customer service was helpful in trying to locate my parcel, which they confirmed is lost. However, I still haven't received a refund, and now they are ignoring me. I won't be purchasing from them again.
