The courier failed to deliver, although their customer service was helpful in trying to locate my parcel, which they confirmed is lost. However, I still haven't received a refund, and now they are ignoring me. I won't be purchasing from them again.

Don't be fooled by the pictures! This is a waste of money. The packaging is very cheap, and the scent comes in a small, plain plastic container that is difficult to open. The print quality on the containers is poor, and the tops of the bottles are made of cheap wood, causing spills. Not worth the price I paid! I bought these as gifts and now feel embarrassed to give them. The one star is for the nice scent, but it’s not worth the price!
