As promised I have changed my rate experience from 1 to 5 as the Car Burst team went above and beyond to deal with my complaint. I had placed an order on 12/12 and received no tracking number or confirmation email and when I contacted them via email I had no response hence the negative review as I did believe at the time it was a scam. However, my parcel eventually arrived and although I was missing an item I emailed and received an immediate reply and my missing item was sent and received within 2 days. Well done Car Burst for sorting out my issue. Thank You.
