I was shocked to find an unauthorized charge of £39.90 taken from my account by this company. I never consented to any subscription service, nor did I authorize this payment. To make matters worse, I cannot access the account supposedly set up in my name. Despite multiple attempts, logging in is impossible, leaving me unable to cancel or manage this fraudulent subscription. I have disputed the charge with my bank, but the company has provided no transparency or support. This practice is deceptive and unacceptable. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. Their actions are fraudulent, and customers deserve better protection against such dishonest transactions.
