I was charged £39.90 for a two-month subscription that I never knowingly signed up for. I emailed them to cancel and request a refund, but received no response at all. What was supposed to be a £5 report turned into over £80 in unexpected charges.Stay away! Update:Despite what they claim in their response, I did contact their support team multiple times. I emailed them on the 20th, 21st, and 26th, and received no reply at all. Their response here appears to be a copy-paste template rather than genuine support. Still waiting for an actual update or refund.
