Please do not use this company. They are just scammers. The customer service operator Lucy who I spoke to today was rude and abrupt and unhelpful. I am a private user looking to do 1 car check, why would I want a monthly subscription ? Like everybody else paid the 1 Off £5.95 for 1 check. Then 3 days later they took £39.90 without any communication at all and without my knowledge . This is an on going monthly subscription which will continue until you cancel which I have done twice by phone and twice by email. email has not been acknowledged. Once again do not use this company.
