I ordered from this company 21 days ago(October 16). Their website proudly claims “next-day delivery within the Netherlands.” Well, that is a complete joke. Three weeks later - nothing. No package, no real updates, no explanation.All I get are useless automated emails pretending to be “order updates,” but they don’t say anything, don’t show any progress, and definitely don’t indicate that my order is actually being shipped.
