Disappointing experience with incomplete order

I purchased a 3 piece bundle box for €89, but only one item was delivered. Despite multiple emails and messages through the contact form, I haven't received any replies. It's been over a month now. This company seems fraudulent, and I strongly advise others to avoid them.

Absolutely unacceptable. 21 days of waiting for something that was supposed to arrive next day

I ordered from this company 21 days ago(October 16). Their website proudly claims “next-day delivery within the Netherlands.” Well, that is a complete joke. Three weeks later - nothing. No package, no real updates, no explanation.All I get are useless automated emails pretending to be “order updates,” but they don’t say anything, don’t show any progress, and definitely don’t indicate that my order is actually being shipped. It feels like they’re just stalling and hoping the customer will stay quiet.I’ve already emailed them demanding a real answer about what’s going on, but honestly, I have no idea if they’ll even bother replying. At this point, the level of service is so poorIf you promise next-day delivery in the Netherlands and then can’t deliver after 21 days, something is seriously wrong. This experience is far from “delayed” - it’s shit.Extremely disappointed, and absolutely not what I expected.

I have already contacted them seeking a genuine response regarding my order's status, but I doubt they will even respond. The level of service has been abysmal. If you advertise next-day delivery in the Netherlands but fail to deliver after 21 days, there is a significant issue. This experience goes beyond mere delay—it's unacceptable. I am thoroughly disappointed, and this situation is far from what I anticipated.

Missing item and no customer service

Ordered a watch almost 2 weeks ago. Asked for an update on the shipment after a week, no response. Two days later I receive a package, but only the free ring was in there and not the watch. Directly e-mailed them again, no response. Contacted them via the website, no response. I usually never write reviews, but looking at the other reviews it apparently is the only way to get a response…

I wrote a review here a few days ago, and Carder responded with, "We'll help you right away. Send an email with Trustpilot as a reference and provide us with additional information, so we can help you right away!" I did that right away, and no, I'm not getting any help at all. In fact, they just provided me here with another lie! They're scammers! They write on this forum that they'll help you, but that simply doesn't happen! I don't understand how they get the nerve to say here that they'll help me.Very disappointed, this is a scam company! No bracelet, no refund, nothing! Thieves, thieves, thieves. I send in total 12 emails and the last one was a request from them at trustpilot due to my review.So….. I have nothing to say no more this is how thieves work

Scamming innocent people

Okay these guys do the worst kind of drop shipping! I have placed an order like 8 days ago and no update until now. They create a shipping tracking number which says the parcel is in transit to the DHL facility but this is just to fool people. You guys do so much fake advertisement and scam people! Jesus Christ!!

This company is a fraud!

This company is a fraud, they are sending many mails to keep you updated, but no items have been shipped after the confirmation of an order via mail. Even after endless mails to clarify the situation I am still waiting for my order. Finally I have asked PAYPAL to be of support in this matter to get my money back!

The watch looks amazing and feels really high-quality, and the rings are perfect.Also, the customer service was great — very friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful with my questions.Definitely recommend Carder if you’re looking for quality products and excellent service!

Joke of a company. Your typical dropshipping business with shitty quality. Wont let you return the product, when bought in a sale. There are no items on the website that are never not on sale.. absolute joke. Order never arrived

On october 1st, I ordered the August- White watch which came with a free piece of jewelry. I was then notified that the watch was no longer in stock, and was given 2 options. Option 1 was to choose another watch that they had in stock instead of the one I wanted. Option 2 was to wait until the August- White watch was back in stock (supposedly october 10).On october 9th I recieved the extra jewelry but no watch. And I am satisfied with the piece. But even after emailing back and forth with the “team CARDER” I still haven't recieved the watch I ordered after over 3 weeks ago. They cant tell me when it will arrive. Im starting to doubt if it will ever…
