Three weeks have passed, and I have received nothing. No package, no real updates, and no explanations. The only communication I receive are automated emails that pretend to provide 'order updates'; however, they lack substance, show no progress, and certainly do not confirm that my order is on its way. It feels as though they are just stalling, hoping customers will remain silent. I have already contacted them seeking a genuine response regarding my order's status, but I doubt they will even respond. The level of service has been abysmal. If you advertise next-day delivery in the Netherlands but fail to deliver after 21 days, there is a significant issue. This experience goes beyond mere delay—it's unacceptable. I am thoroughly disappointed, and this situation is far from what I anticipated.
