I unwittingly booked a CarTrawler hire car through Ryanair who then outsource to Cartrawler who then arrange it with Hertz.This is not an ideal situation especially if things don't go to plan. I also took out extra insurance who is through another company AXA which is a fourth party, to add to the confusion mix.Top and bottom of it I wouldn't use Ryanair's CarTrawler again if they where the last car hire company on earth.We where charged extra for a second driver which we didn't request. Spoken to and treated horrendously by Hertz customer desk. We then contacted CarTrawler who's customer service issued no reimbursement, no apology not a sausage.When we where at the Hertz hire drop off point and explained to the assistant we where going to make a complaint, he shouted in our faces go on complain!! I don't care!! This just about sums up Ryanair and CarTrawler, neither do they.
