Tried to book a car two times.Each time, the booking confirmation was not what I booked.I sent fax to Ryan Air with clear documentation of the incidents, including screenshots - no answer.Had to cancel both in the end - 25 € per cancel charged on my credit card though they say cancelling is free.Complained to customer service - no answer.It's a different company, named cartrawler, Ryan just hands through.My experiences with Ryanair flights are 'good proce-value'
