The pre-sales experience aligns with what you might expect from a car dealership; engaging, supportive, and informative, albeit in a somewhat rushed manner aimed at guiding you toward a purchase. They are eager for you to buy, so it's wise to come prepared and thoroughly review the website for your preferences before visiting. Be ready for a strong push regarding additional options like warranties and other add-ons. The pressure to opt for all the extras can become quite intense, but this is par for the course. We left with the car we desired and received the necessary assistance from the team to make that decision. CAUTION
However, the post-sale experience reveals a different story. At pickup, we were assured that certain expenses would be covered by the management, and we were asked to pay with our card with the promise of reimbursement. Unfortunately, that reimbursement never materialized, and after numerous follow-up calls where we were told it was being processed, the sales manager began ignoring my calls, seemingly having no intention of covering any costs, simply wanting us out the door. This unfortunate situation severely undermines their credibility and gives off a somewhat unprofessional impression. Effective sales practices are rooted in trust, and they fell short after the sale was completed by behaving unprofessionally and, regrettably, dishonestly.
