Extremely Poor Service – Avoid at All Costs. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any service. They scheduled two pickups for the vehicle, and both times they rescheduled without any regard for my time. Additionally, they changed the offer price twice, which is completely dishonest and unacceptable. The representative I spoke with was very rude and showed no interest in helping. I tried to explain the situation, but instead of resolving anything, he wasted my time and hung up. That level of disrespect is shocking. This service is unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly indifferent to its customers. I strongly advise against using them. My experience was exceptionally negative, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
