The quoted price does not reflect the final amount you receive. I was contacted the day before the collection to answer some questions, which led to a price reduction of over half. There should be options at the start to get an accurate price or ask questions when providing the quote, so if the customer is dissatisfied, they can consider other options. Poor service that wasted my time.
