I chose this service based on its reputation as a 'most trusted company' and they arranged for a third-party collection, assuring me that the funds would be in my account the same day. This happened last Thursday. Despite multiple follow-ups with both the service and the buyer, I have only received generic responses stating 'we will contact the buyer.' There has been no assistance whatsoever. To make matters worse, especially during the holiday season, I've lost money and my vehicle has been taken. This feels like theft!
