We bought a car and the sales person, Spencer Duru was brilliant from the outset. Having never bought a car online without seeing it we were very sceptical, but those fears were put to rest by Spencer. He explained every step enrirely and so we then purchased a car.
After a perfectly organised delivery, at a time to suit us, we saw a flaw in the car that no one had seen (manufacturer paintwork issue) so we rejected the car. Now, after speaking to Car360 we were able to get a full refund, no questions asked (apart from information to as why we rejected it). The day after they collected it (2 working days later), the full refund came on the evening of the day they collected it... Amazing. No issues, no problems and no delays. Because it was a fault, no delivery or collection charges were levied and that is great service in our eyes.
