I ordered a travel bag three weeks ago, and it has yet to arrive. After reaching out multiple times, I finally received a response two weeks later. They claimed the delivery service left the package at the gate. It's their responsibility to ensure items are delivered securely, not just left where anyone can take them. They refuse to replace or refund the item, meaning I spent $425 on something I never received. This is unethical; the customer shouldn't bear the burden of the delivery service's failure. They need to address this with the delivery company and provide a replacement or refund immediately, but they don’t. I cannot recommend buying from them, especially if your package could be left unattended. Additionally, the company isn't based in the U.S., making refunds a significant risk. They seem indifferent to ensuring customers receive their purchases. Exercise caution when buying from them.
