I bought a large gold travel backpack, expecting a product worthy of its $200 price tag and the brand's reputation. Sadly, my experience has been quite disappointing. After just three trips, the material started to tear, which is disheartening for something claimed to be made with the "highest quality materials and care." One would expect durability at this price point, but instead, it’s fragile and can't withstand even light use. To make matters worse, the customer service was unhelpful when I reached out about the issue. They denied assistance, stating the damage was outside their warranty policy. This highlights a troubling disconnect between the premium pricing and actual quality and service. A $200 backpack should not fail so quickly, and it's unacceptable for the company to evade responsibility. This purchase was a regrettable waste of money, and I will not return for future purchases.
