I ordered on 11/27 off of instagrams shopping program that they have now… on Instagram it stated that it would ship within 2 days and arrive early December. A week later, now it’s December, I haven’t received any shipping notification. I reached out to them via the Instagram help portal 4 times and no response. I DMed them and no response. 2 weeks later I finally commented on their post just asking for assistance on my order… they LIKED then DELETED my comment. I commended again for it to be deleted and they responded to my DM saying I was emailing the wrong email..? I never used a specific email, I used the insta portal meaning that is what they have up on Instagram. I emailed the “correct” email then someone named Jessica, without any apology or explanation to why no one was willing to help me, just sent one message saying “it doesn’t ship until Jan 3 as stated on our collections and product part on our website”. I explained to them that that’s not what it said on the Instagram profile they have and that it might be misleading… their response was “please let us know if you would like to cancel your order”. In the end I just ended up canceling it since I was so sketched out and frustrated. I also wand to mention that the name of the company holder that charged my account was not CARAA it was a traditional Chinese name. I’m not sure why I’m getting money pulled from a person instead of a official company account but I thought I should mention that. Overall, I’m just sad I waited so long for this just for nothing to happen. Now I have to think of a whole other Christmas present with only a couple days left. Would not recommend ordering from them.
