I purchased a diaper bag described in their description as "waterproof nylon". On my first day with it, water got on it, and stained the bag. Waterproof should mean does not stain from water! When I messaged their customer service, they just said that yes it does stain. Maybe update your description then? I would not have purchased a DIAPER bag that is not water proof - it's around a spitting child all day.In addition to that, I wrote a poor review over 2 weeks ago and it was never published. Do not believe the positive reviews on their site!I also had a ton of issues with their backorder process - shipping took longer than they originally promised and they took over a week to even get back to me about it, and NEVER actually even informed me it would be coming late.Would not recommend.
