They claimed that the delivery carrier left the package at the gate. However, it is their responsibility to ensure items are delivered to a secure location, not just left where anyone could take them. They informed me that they cannot replace or refund the item, leaving me out $425 for something I never received. This feels unethical, as it's not the customer's fault when the delivery service fails. They should address the issue with the carrier and either replace or refund the purchase immediately, but they do not. I would advise against buying from them, especially if there's a chance your package might be left unattended. Additionally, this company is not based in the US, making it risky to seek a refund. They seem indifferent to ensuring that customers receive their orders. Exercise caution when making purchases; I do not recommend this service.
