This review is for Shaya by CaratLane. I had placed order for a pair of silver earrings and bracelet and Shaya immediately called me that they mailed me the incorrect bracelet and will send the correct item within 24 hrs and it’s been close to 2 weeks no attempt to deliver the correct item nor is there an attempt to pick up the incorrect item sent. Silver jewelry isn’t cheap so sending a wrong item shows lack of professionalism and then not following through with sending the correct item adds to their lack of professional ethics. I’ve also asked to cancel and refund, but nothing so far. Only false hopes of wait 24-48 hrs. I don’t live in India and don’t have that long so I’ve asked them for refund. Worst customer service. Do not buy silver jewelry from them. Their gold jewelry is alright but shop small business for silver jewelry. Smaller businesses have much better business etiquettes. Shame on you Shaya for such horrible services and lack of respect for customers valuable time and money.
