I am compelled to bring this issue to public attention due to the lack of a fair and transparent resolution.I purchased gold and diamond jewellery from CaratLane, based on clear assurances provided at the time of purchase regarding exchange at prevailing market prices. However, when I recently approached them for an exchange, I was informed that the value offered is significantly lower than the current gold and diamond prices, contradicting the assurances and expectations set earlier.Despite raising the concern through official customer support channels, the response received has been unsatisfactory and lacks accountability.
