The necklace I ordered is absolutely GORGEOUS and their customer service has been fantastic. I ordered it for a friend’s birthday and I was afraid it won’t get to me in enough time, with my friend going on a long holiday abroad shortly after her birthday. i emailed the team asking if there’s any chance the necklace could get to me by the end of the week and they made sure it did!!
