I ordered an item with an expected delivery time of 5-15 working days. After 10 working days I decided to email as I needed it in time for my partners graduation. I received a response to say that the item was no longer in stock and I would have to wait 8-9 weeks before it would be dispatched. It was really disappointing that I was never notified of this until I had to go out of my way to contact them and now my partner doesn’t have her graduation present. Leanne from the customer service team was very helpful though and arranged a refund that arrived in my bank quickly.
