Placed an online order on 26.9.2023, knowing at the time it was a back order. Carat notified delivery would be on 1st November 2023 via DPD. It never arrived and the 'proof of delivery' was not even signed by me or with the correct name. Leanne advised she has 'reached out' to DPD but I am still waiting. I agree with a previous reviewer below 'Eve on the 29.9.2023'. Avoid buying online and just go buy instore. Especially in the lead up to Christmas, missing orders/deliveries must be a regular occurrence in the run up to Christmas. Save yourself the hassle and buy in store only.
