I’m so shocked by the quality of their goods. i’ve made several orders over the last few years and most of the earrings have become faulty and not lasted which I feel is unfair for the price point. This is the first time i’ve reached out to their customer service for help as items are in warranty and I am so disappointed. It takes so long to get a reply, and when they do it’s direct stalling tactics to not help you and try and get you to loose interest (as I feel like we’re going around in circles). They have said I can return to be analysed but I am still waiting for them to send an envelope in which to do so. Genuinely just going around in circles and it’s totally put me off the brand in general.
