Oh my goodness what lovely jewellery from this company! I ordered some earrings for my son's wedding and because of circumstances I'd left it until the 11 hour to order them. So I contacted the Customer Service team and was lucky enough to have messages with Leanne, who was superb! She assured me that if I placed my order that day she would guarantee they would arrive in time, and they did, 2 days before the day! She also gave me the discount code which I couldn't find. The earrings are beautiful and will go with my wedding outfit perfectly! I can't recommend Carat London enough for their great products and fantastic service!
