I purchased a necklace for my wedding and a pair of earrings, spending nearly £300.The 18K gold on my gorgeous earrings bent after only the second wear, and now I either don't wear them at all or handle them extremely carefully, which is disappointing for the price. As for the necklace (the Cyndi Necklace), it was a complete disaster. It arrived tangled and impossible to untangle, so I had no choice but to return it.While the customer service was friendly, they were slow to respond and offered no real solution other than returning the necklace and waiting for a refund.In conclusion, while Carat London's designs are stunning, the quality and the condition in which the items arrive, especially considering the high prices, simply aren't worth it.
