My order was stolen/lost my the DHL driver and I contacted both DHL and Carat London right away to report the issue. DHL have accepted liability however Carat London are yet to send me out a replacement! The customer service has been appalling and my emails are being ignored. I called the shop which was useless and no one would even point me in the right direction of someone that could help. Looks like I have lost over £100 so not only is the DHL driver a theft so is this company.
