I have a beautiful pair of studs that I wear everyday from Carat. Unfortunately the stud came lose. I contacted Carat, they sent me a pre paid shipping label, fixed the pair and sent them back to Ireland in less than a week. A massive thank you to Roxy for all the hard work.
