Well... I have just gotten my Carat ring from aftercare today. It looks so Beautiful I feel embarrassed at how badly I seem to have treated it.Eleven months in on of the two "diamonds" / crystals fell off my Pear Trilogy ring... not long before my birthday holiday.Long story short, between Roxy in Customer Service and the team in aftercare / repair sent back to me within 10 days or so a ring that looks more sparkly than I remember even buying and fixed when - now, looking back - I feel I probably broke, relaxing in my care for it... They kindly expedited the repair which usually takes up to 3 weeks. I really was at Peace with the ring getting back with me after my holiday at the end of the month. I am so grateful to have what feels like a brand new ring in time for my bday! I will be getting more Carats for my bday this year. Roxy's communication throughout was spendid: what to do, where to send, what to expect, there could be a charge, it could take 3 weeks... then the feedback on the assessment...
