I ordered a necklace and earrings for my wedding, but once I placed my order I realised that according to the delivery schedule on the website I wouldn’t get it I time for the wedding. I quickly emailed customer service and they emailed me back the next day and informed me that they had sent a message to the dispatch team and would be fast tracking it and sending it out that day with express delivery! (No mention of any extra charges) I was so happy!!! So thankful to the lady Leanne who had emailed me and sorted it all. I am so so grateful. And to top it all off, the necklace and earrings were even more beautiful in real life. Can’t wait to wear them at my wedding!!! Highly Reccomened this company.
