After the stone in my ring came loose, I contacted Carat via email. I received a response straight away requesting proof of purchase. Unfortunately I didn’t have a receipt due to the ring being a present however I sent some photographs and was asked to send the ring for inspection. Following inspection, I was advised the ring was repairable following a small payment. I paid for the repair and within a week, I received an email to advise my ring had been repaired and would be returned. When received, I was incredibly happy. My ring looked shiny & new! I had regular communication from the customer service team…Roxy was fantastic! Overall I would definitely purchase jewellery again from Carat and I would definitely recommend! 5*
