Gorgeous pair of earrings. One of the earrings broke after a couple of wears, possibly due to them being very delicate. When I raised this with Carat they replaced the pair of earrings with no problem or additional cost. Leanne the customer service advisor was extremely helpful and polite. Thank you so much.
