Update on 2nd March , I finally got my ordered delivered on 22nd Feb 2026 - The quality of the product is even better than what I expected so I must appreciate that and have increased the number of stars from 1 star to 4 star. I placed an order on 25th December, while placing the order was told to expect delivery by next week. However on 29th December I was told it's not ready and they will take another week to get it done. Then on 31st I had to leave town and told them I will be back after 3 weeks and to dispatch after that. I dropped messages to them on Jan 29th once I was back and also called but there was no answer to my call. And then again I followed up with a message on 11th Feb and told them that I have received no response from them for almost 2 weeks on my message and said I will be leaving reviews as I'm not getting proper response to my query. Their customer service rep said they'll check and reply but no response since last 2 hours from them after that message. They provided me with the number for Mr.Kamal Soni when I initially wanted to get details and give instructions for engraving. I paid a partial advance and booked the rest for Cash on delivery as this was the first time ordering with them ... Thank God for that. I beleive based on their response my partial advance is gone. And I'm not waiting for their product any longer. After updating the review here I was told that they shipped it and the package was returned. they mentioned using Delhivery courier but no tracking information or shipping details were ever shared with me. Not interested in doing business with them anymore and they can keep the partial refund . I'm not accepting lies from a organisation that doesn't respond to a message to their customer service team or manager for 2 weeks. Never had such an experience before when buying jewellery online before. Trust broken can never be repaired.
