They provide comfy seating if you're shopping but if you're complaining about not being able to buy a car, about being hassled by phone and text constantly with finance nonsense even though you've told them you're not using finance period, hassled about compliance?? Whatever that is. More finance. GIven the same eta over and over in 'updates to your eta' for a car you've paid a reservation fee on and are still waiting weeks later for, you can stand. Even though you're disabled. '' I WON'T BE LONG'' No you sure weren't ADAM.
And standing complaining about more than that, and the multiple people not getting back to you when you're trying to get to the bottom of it all, so much so, it's easier to drive an hour to go there and find out, just to be met with the brilliant Adam Jones and his fantastic customer service attitude. You can still stand, in pain, when you explain all that and ask him why after being bombarded and given a date of 12/3 you havent heard a peep by the 14/3, you're told your car was recalled by the manafacturer and will be ready 17/3. Umm why am i having to drive here 2 dys after the so called eta to be told this at 1pm. Excuses. Ok i'll have a refund and shop elsewhere. Lovely adam jones states its already done. You ask if he's the manager because when you made an online complaint yesterday, within minutes, George had rang and left a voicemail. George was busy today with a customer so you get Adam and his ant...sy attitude!
You then just get the hell out of there (with your personality disorder and Adam's attitude, there could be fireworks, although it comes across adam would actually like to see fireworks) to go to a decent garage to spend your 10grand, not being able to hide your disgust, the comedy value and absolute shock that the lovely definitely not lacking, adam Jones, is the manager of the whole place 🤣🙈 to get to your car in the very near disabled parking space to find your refund was indeed issued within minutes of your complaint.
Because ADAM f***ing jones couldn't give a s*** you've been hunting for at least 4mths to find a new car because you're disabled, having to swap your car in for an automatic, struggling to find the perfect car to be able to get adapted to your disability needs. He is sat chilling behind his ''non moveable pc'' so you can't have a seat even if you're disabled desk'. Probably looking forward to his saturday night to cheer himself up and maybe get the attention he clearly needs.
Whilst sat in the car park getting directions for another garage to find another car that is desperately needed you ring carbase to speak to George to get some contact details of an area manager or someone who is higher up than poorly equipped, badly trained, MANAGER??? ADAM and ''he's still with a customer. He'll call you back'' 🤣🙈 it's half 10 at night. George hasn't called back.
