My goodness what a diabolical company and customer service. I feel so sorry for those customers who feel this is their only way to buy a car. We had seen a car on the website, an Audi TT convertible and put a deposit down on the vehicle based upon the pictures we had seen. We travelled over 90 miles to view the car with the intention of purchasing it once seen and confirming it was in good condition. The car had several bodywork issues and was not in a condition we expected for the year or price. The drivers door would not open with the key so we had to open it from inside. We then found the roof after opening would not close and then to make matters worse, when the boot was opened it was full of water. The salesman Tony just tried to provide excuses to us, he told us it had just been valeted which we could see as we both had wet backsides from sitting in it. The reception area is just so busy, like lambs to the slaughter, take this advice and steer clear of this ‘stack em high and sell them anything’ company!!!!!?

Concerns About Repairs on a Test Drive Vehicle

We test drove a van at a local dealership and noticed leakage around the windows, along with significant corrosion on the exterior, which they claimed they were unaware of. We requested updates on any repairs made. A few weeks later, they informed us that the repairs had been completed and invited us to inspect the vehicle. To avoid a lengthy trip, I asked for photos of the repair work. From the images, it was clear that the repair was poorly executed, with messy paintwork that likely wouldn’t last. It's hard to understand how this dealership is approved by relevant authorities. According to the standards, all external repairs should be made using manufacturer-approved methods. I doubt that slapping on some paint and filler meets those criteria. The van remains on the market at a significantly inflated price. If you're thinking about purchasing a similar model, I strongly recommend closely examining the condition of the bodywork, particularly around the upper windscreen.

Excellent car purchasing journey

I traveled from South Wales to test drive a vehicle. I was well-informed about the process beforehand thanks to the outstanding communication from the representative. We were allowed to inspect the car independently for about 15 minutes before completing paperwork for a solo test drive. The representative appraised our trade-in and discussed financing options thoroughly. The entire process was comprehensive, and we finalized the deal after being shown additional options while the car was readied. Everything was organized in roughly 3 hours, which felt lengthy but included aspects like insurance and road tax. The team was highly professional and knowledgeable throughout. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone seeking a new vehicle. The only reason for 4 stars was the duration of the process, though that’s me being a bit particular!

Mixed feelings about the experience

My spouse and I found the experience quite good but somewhat rushed. I felt like I was hurried through the process without enough time to absorb the information. I wished I could have returned the next day for more reflection, but it seemed we were encouraged to complete everything in one visit. I regretted not following my instincts to take more time. The initial staff member was very helpful, and we filled out paperwork just in case we decided to proceed. The test drive allowed us to pick up documents to avoid a return visit. Once my spouse expressed his desire for the car, we quickly moved to the finance manager, who processed the deposit and provided bank details. Following that, we met a representative who arranged a short membership and insurance. Although we were there for a while, the staff remained professional and friendly. However, once one session ended, it felt like we were forgotten. If I were to do this again, I would express my interest, delay paperwork, and return the next day to proceed at my own pace.
