The ordered exhaust didn't fit my bike and it was caused by a misunderstanding. Due to holidays in Spain the first reply took a while but after that Pablo communicated almost daily to get the issue solved. He also needed a feedback from the manufacturer which apparently took a while too.They accepted the return of the item and proceeded to refund the total order amount.Didn't work this time but due to their customer service I'll go back to their shop again.
